Three Teams, One Mission: Partner Growth | 2026 Year-End Sprint Kickoff & Foodchem 20th Anniversary Autumn Event Successfully Held

Sep 15, 2026

With the crisp autumn air and a renewed sense of purpose, Foodchem officially launched its 2026 year-end sprint at the “Three Teams, One Mission: Partner Growth” Year-End Sprint Kickoff & 20th Anniversary Autumn Event, held in Shanghai on September 12, 2026.

As a mobilization event for the final quarter of the year, the gathering was more than a team-building celebration. It was an opportunity for all Foodchem team members to strengthen collaboration, align around shared goals, and officially sound the charge toward the year-end finish line.

Reaffirming Our Culture and Shared Purpose

The event opened with all Foodchem team members reciting the company’s cultural declaration together, reaffirming our development strategy of integrating technology, manufacturing and trade.

Looking back on 20 years of growth, the declaration also expresses our commitment to the future: to bring together a group of proactive people, approach every challenge with openness and integrity, work with practicality and dedication, and provide customers with professional and efficient products and services.

This is our expectation of our people, our standard for the way we work, and our commitment to our customers.

Flags Raised, Mission Accepted

Following an energetic performance by the Year-End Sprint Command Team, Lemon, Commander-in-Chief of the Campaign, presented the official flag to Andy, General Commander, marking the formal launch of the year-end sprint.

In his address, Andy emphasized three essential qualities: the courage to take the initiative, the sense of responsibility to step forward, and the wisdom to act effectively.

He called on every team to take the initiative in the market, embrace challenges, and remain committed to achieving its goals. The campaign would be driven by four principles: organization, discipline, action and results.

Through a team-based campaign model, Foodchem aims to maximize collective strength while upholding the principles of fairness, openness and transparency, with a clear focus on achieving meaningful results.

Andy then presented flags to the three teams and formally signed the respective team commitment charters with each team leader. As the flags were handed over, responsibility and mission were passed from one team to another, creating a powerful and inspiring moment for everyone present.

Three Teams, Three Strengths

This year, under the theme “Three Teams, One Mission: Partner Growth,” Foodchem has formed three new campaign teams: the Giant Team, Elf Team and Beast Team.

Giant Team — Human Nutrition

The Giant Team represents Foodchem’s Human Nutrition business, covering food ingredients, food additives, nutrition and health OEM services, natural color applications, and related customized packaging and private-label solutions.

Symbolizing strength, stability and resilience, the Giant Team takes the rallying cry:

“Climb to New Heights, Double the Orders.”

Its mission is to build on existing strengths and reach new heights in the global food ingredient market.

Elf Team — Innovative Ingredients

The Elf Team represents Foodmate Bio’s self-developed product business, specializing in functional proteins and hydrocolloids.

Its portfolio includes gelatin, instant gelatin, collagen, collagen peptides, carrageenan, konjac gum and innovative products such as creatine gummies.

Symbolizing intelligence, agility and innovation, the team embraces the slogan:

“Master the Products, Move with the Market, Win the Future.”

Its mission is to pursue continuous innovation, uncompromising quality and stronger product competitiveness.

Beast Team — Animal Nutrition

The Beast Team represents Farmoo’s Animal Nutrition business, covering amino acids, vitamins, phosphates, functional feed additives, premixes and related solutions.

Symbolizing determination, strength and protection, the team takes the powerful rallying cry:

“Beast Unleashed, Farmoo Leads.”

Its mission is to explore new opportunities, take on greater responsibility and build a strong new growth engine for Foodchem.

With the three teams officially assembled, their flags stood proudly across the venue. Andy formally handed the flags to the respective team leaders, who signed their team commitment charters, turning ambition into responsibility and goals into action.

Looking Ahead: One Vision, Three Strategic Missions

Following the flag ceremony, Lemon outlined the strategic direction for the three teams.

Each team has its own positioning and mission, but all three share the same goal: to help Foodchem reach a new stage of growth.

The Giant Team will continue to deepen its Human Nutrition business and serve as a core pillar of Foodchem. Building on the strength of its existing business, the team aims to scale new heights with the belief that “People can rise above every mountain,” with the long-term ambition of becoming a leading Chinese brand in food ingredient exports.

The Elf Team will focus on developing and building world-class proprietary products. Foodmate Bio is committed to turning innovative ingredients into premium products through continuous investment in innovation, quality and exceptional service, with the ambition of becoming a globally leading innovative food ingredient technology company.

The Beast Team will focus on the Animal Nutrition sector. As an emerging brand within the Foodchem ecosystem, Farmoo carries the ambition of becoming a major new growth engine and ultimately “building another Foodchem.”

Teamwork in Action: Archery & Disc Competition

After the strategic session, the event shifted into a series of team competitions, including archery and disc sports, testing focus, communication, coordination and teamwork.

At the archery competition, participants carefully drew their bows, focused on their targets and released their arrows with precision. Every bullseye was met with enthusiastic cheers. The competition was not only a test of accuracy, but also of concentration and mental resilience.

The disc competition brought a different kind of energy. Teams ran across the field, passing and catching discs while coordinating their offense and defense. Every successful play sparked cheers from the sidelines.

Beyond physical competition, these activities created opportunities for colleagues to build trust, understand one another better and strengthen team spirit.

As the winners of the championship, runner-up and third place were announced, the excitement reached another peak. Regardless of the final result, every participant demonstrated the spirit of teamwork, determination and perseverance.

Bonfire Night: Singing into the Future

As night fell, the bonfire party brought another highlight to the day.

Foodchem team members gathered around the fire, sharing laughter and enjoying a relaxed evening together. The KTV competition soon began, with representatives from each team taking turns on stage.

From classic songs to contemporary hits, from solo performances to group singing, the venue was filled with applause, cheers and laughter.

Some songs expressed ambition and determination; others reflected friendship and the bond between colleagues. Every performance carried the passion, dreams and energy of Foodchem people.

Under the stars and the glow of the bonfire, everyone shared a memorable evening together.

20 Years of Growth. A New Journey Ahead.

Every company event is not only about celebrating the present, but also about building momentum for the future.

In 2026, Foodchem celebrates its 20th anniversary.

Over the past two decades, we have grown together, worked side by side and written a story of perseverance and progress. Today, standing at a new starting point, we are once again bringing our people together to embrace the next chapter.

The event may have come to an end, but the passion and ambition of Foodchem people continue.

Moving forward, we will remain committed to our core values of:

Proactivity · Openness · Pragmatism · Professionalism & Efficiency
